Tony LoupeTony is a native Oregonian that grew up in the St. John’s area of north Portland and is one of two sons born to his parents, Butch and Le Ellen Loupe. Tony attended Jefferson High school and was very involved in their nationally renowned dance program. After high school Tony followed his passion and began a professional dance career that would take him around the world. The highlight to this portion of his life was being introduced to the woman he would eventually marry and have two Beautiful daughters with. Unfortunately Tony’s dance career abruptly ended one December when he suffered five breaks to his femur during a freak skiing accident.

After some healing time Tony ended up in the world of Automobiles, specifically, in the financing aspect of the business. Tony had an 11 year career in the Auto industry and left his position after hearing that his second child was on the way. The hours in the auto industry are long and didn’t fit into the model of the family man that he wanted to be.

Tony’s background in finance and passions for helping and educating led him to the mortgage industry. He makes his decisions for running his mortgage practice and counseling his clients based on one mission statement: "Find the financial stress and put a mortgage plan in place that does all it can to eliminate it." This then allows for his clients to set aside their stress and enjoy the things in life that are truly important.

Chad PasleyTrying to strike that perfect balance between professional ambition and personal obligation/commitment continue be an area of my life that I am constantly challenged and confounded by. This struggle ends up forcing me to focus on the one thing that is most important – personal relationships. Whether it is spending time with my family or focused in client reviews, being able to connect with people is what I have always prided myself on.

Over the past four years I have begun to establish a legacy for which I can be proud – and being the best State Farm Agent is what I do. Helping to ensure customers are protected from the risks of everyday life, able to recover from the unexpected and helping them develop a plan that allows them to realize their dream is what I do daily. I share the support of my wife, two boys, immediate family and close friends to accomplish these objectives.

Like many, my professional career has shaped and prepared me for the challenges which I will face. However, it is my spiritual walk that allows me to endure and persevere. It is my hope that should we have the opportunity to meet that the connection we establish would be founded on professional respect, integrity and common purpose.

Brian EngelhardWhat’s important to know about Brian? That depends on who you ask; are you after the inner being that makes a person? Or is it a flashy resume that you seek?

I’m personally always amazed by feats and accomplishments on paper, web, or flier that create a written person whom I immediately admire; yet I can’t seem to connect the written image created to the actual person once we meet. So, what do I know about diamonds? Don’t they come from Antwerp?

So what makes up Brian on the inside? Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, and Compassion are guiding concepts to what I do every day. I might tell you things you don’t want to hear. However, I promise that it’s from my heart. I listen to what’s on someone’s mind and hear the objective that they are trying to achieve. When it’s appropriate, my sense of humor brings out laughter that’s akin to a comedy show. So what do I know about Diamonds? Why should I know about Diamonds? I'm a Financial Services Professional. But, all of that is just part of the man in the purple tie.

I grew up racing bicycles and playing soccer. As my professional career grew, I lost the time for racing a
bicycle but always remained in cycling. I later got turned onto motorcycles and now instruct for Motocorsa
Ducati at Portland International Raceway. I have returned to bicycle racing for the Bicycle Attorney
Cycling Team and mainly road race.

I have a wonderful family. I have a fabulous sister and a great brother. My Dad has six brothers and sisters.
I come from a family of over 60 members. We are incredibly close. I’m as close to my 13 cousins as most people
are to their brothers and sisters, and my daughter has seven cousins her age. My friends are always amazed at
it, as well as always welcome. No one usually notices an extra body when there’s that many at a family party!

I live with in West Linn, Oregon. I have a wonderful daughter, Ava Bliss, who I adore and spend as much time with as I can. But she isn’t really why I do what I do…she’s a part, but not the how or why.

In 2002, on December 23 at 1:47 a.m., my phone rang and it was the Washington County police telling me my brother, Matt, was murdered that night. At the time I lived each day not really thinking about my long term direction. Once I felt the devastation and saw what an unexpected death does to a family, it was easy to gravitate to the Financial Services Business. Really, once I took a step back and looked at my life I realized that things had to change. I saw what I ignored financially and the time with Matt that I took for granted, or the time that I didn't (make?) have at all.

Sometimes you don’t know what you missed out on until you’ve missed it. I realize what was important to me and what I missed. I made the realization to modify other aspects of my life moving forward. I now challenge other people to not miss out on what’s important to them and make the effort to live the legacy they want to create and leave a lasting impression on what they did create.
